JEWELRY BOX with hidden compartments.
This Artisan crafted wooden jewelry box is created from natural Pirul Wood. The piece has three pull out drawers, and one insert. These unique and rustic boxes are created from one piece of wood, lacquer finished on the outside and left natural inside. Each drawer is lined with a velvety cardinal red fabric. Every box is unique and has at least one secret compartment! Every item is signed by the artist. Approx. Dimensions: 4"D x 12"H x 6" at its widest part.

SCULPTURAL CHERUBIUM with hidden compartment.
Art Nouveau 1800's Sculptural Brass Cherub with exceptional details and unique secret compartment. This Cherubim is an architectural item that doubles as a small jewelry or document casket. It is pin hinged at the shoulder and meant to sit on a shelf, mantel or screwed onto a piece of furniture with three screw holes - two on the bottom and one on the outside of the right knee and would certainly have gone undetected by nefarious characters. An early and unique safe not to mention great decorative accent and conversation piece.

CONDITION: As you can see it's very well molded, retains it's original patina and light age appropriate wear.

SIZE: It is quite large measuring 12 inches tall, and approximately 5 inches wide.

NOTE: Someone bought this from the auction house that was originally selling it. So, this specific one is not available. I would still love something like it though.

I have one kind of like this only the hidden compartment isn't all that hidden. This mantel clock features a hidden compartment behind the dial. There you'll find three felt lined drawers with turned, polished brass knobs offering ample storage for jewelry. Brass hooks on the back of the door offer a place for necklaces. This bracket-styled mantel clock offers antique brass accents, glass crystal, Roman numerals and black hands, decorative applied corner spandrels.

Shelf Unit with secret compartment.
With plenty of room on three shelves for books our shelf unit is our newest design. Located in the base of this unit is where the hidden drawer pulls out to reveal the 22 x 10.5 x 2.25" storage area. When closed there is nothing to hint that there is anything special about this shelf. It is not necessary to remove anything from the shelves in order to access the hidden drawer. As with our night stand we will finish the shelf unit in the color scheme of your choice. (I'd want the Country, Shaker, or Queen Anne style). The overall dimensions for the unit are 37 x 26 x 12".
