Rebecca's Creamy Tomato Basil Pasta. My own invention. It came out of reading the ingredients of a recipe, but not the instructions. I added a few extra things to make it work, and boy, does it!
Cheesecake. Chocolate, swirl, raspberry, mocha, mint. Using this basic recipe, you can bake just about any flavor of cheesecake you want. Cheesecake is easier to make that you might think.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Torte. I thank my sister-in-law Sherry Volkmann, who introduced me to this devilishly light dessert.
Beef Broccoli Pie. As I've gotten older, I've gotten the tasties for broccoli. What's THAT about?
Lori's Artichoke Pasta. A quick-and-easy, flavorful pasta dish. I call this Lori's pasta dish because I got the recipe from her. People who have this at my house call it Rebecca's pasta dish. Somewhere, some poor chef didn't get credit. (Sorry!)
Potato Soup: Make it as creamy as you want. Easy substitutions.
Sweet & Crunchy Salad: Can be a meal for one or split between 4 as a side dish. Simple: Almonds + grapes + lettuce + dressing.
Yam & Peanut Soup. A creamy, peanut buttery soup. My dad's recipe and one of my favorites.
